  4. 100 grams is about 3.5 ounces, U.S. The data were exerpted from the Department
  5. of Agriculture's publication. Much more complete nutritional analysis is 
  6. available; the enclosed file is useful only for crude "calorie counting",
  7. otherwise known as, "how to lose weight and die of malnutrition". Note Bene.
